Maple Hardwood and Hawaiian Koa Writing Table
Brigitte Hahn-Miller 2001
This table featured a Curly White Maple Hardwood top stained to match curly Koa. Genuine
curly Koa hardwood was used for the base and legs. Maple was chosen for the top of this
table because of its durability and hardness. This table was constructed with all mortise and
tenon joints and was finished with a combination of penetrating oil and clear lacquer.
